ILOILO CITY – The Iloilo Dinagyang Festival is ready to take the international stage as it culminated its 2025 festivities on Sunday.
Iloilo Festival Foundation Inc. president Allan Ryan Tan, in his message during the Tribes Competition, announced that Dinagyang would perform in Auckland, New Zealand in November.
Article continues after this advertisementThe Department of Tourism-Western Visayas, through Director Crisanta Marlene Rodriquez, also invited the festival to join the World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan.

Eight tribes joined the competition — Tribu Paghidaet of La Paz National High School, Tribu Salognon of Jaro National High School, Tribu Pan-ay of Fort San Pedro National High School, Tribu Molave of Barangay San Rafael in Mandurriao, Tribu Parianon of Molo District, Tribu Ilonganon of Jalandoni Memorial National High School, Tribu Hangaway of Graciano Lopez Jaena Elementary School and Tribu PagAsa Kang Manduryaw of Mandurriao District.
